The MultiSport Centre of Excellence is a 148,000 square foot sport medicine, training and rehabilitation centre. Sport Medicine and Rehabilitation
Home to a world-class team of practitioners and a multi-disciplinary approach to injury prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation. Evidence-based rehabilitation and return to activity protocols will be facilitated by direct access to state of the art strength and conditioning areas and the world’s finest water therapy equipment (hot and cold plunge pools and an underwater treadmill). These progressive recovery and regeneration programs will ensure clients are brought back to full function and enhanced performance. Diagnostic Imaging
A comprehensive suite of state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging devices and procedures (MRI, digital x-ray, ultrasound) will be available for urgent care as well as non-urgent cases. Strength and Conditioning Centre
Fully equipped 12,000 sq ft of strength and conditioning space combines the most comprehensive array of equipment with leading edge training techniques and programs to maximize athletic performance, minimize the risk of injury and improve general health and well-being in individuals of all ages. Human Performance Laboratory
Integrating the fields of biomechanics, exercise physiology and biomedical engineering, scientists and clinicians will work together to provide comprehensive athlete assessments as well as collaborate on interdisciplinary research. Indoor / Outdoor Training Surfaces
With a double gymnasium and FIFA-standard artificial turf soccer field, the facility will be home to a high-performance soccer academy. Athlete Village
On-site accommodation and support services for athletes will be ideally suited to supporting team training. The athlete village will offer access to meeting rooms equipped with video playback facilities and an adjacent cafeteria where the availability of nutritionally controlled and balanced menus will be overseen by the Centre’s sport dietitian.
